Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following: • Serve as a manufacturing-focused IT specialist supporting production lines, quality systems, and logistics operations within an automotive parts manufacturing facility. • Maintain, enhance, and optimize the company’s ERP system and related manufacturing IT applications to ensure stable, real-time support for production planning, inventory control, and quality management. • Design and develop internal systems and web-based applications that improve traceability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency across production and warehouse environments. • Support IT infrastructure directly impacting manufacturing operations, including servers, databases, barcode systems, and shop-floor user environments, to minimize production downtime. • Develop and integrate backend systems with ERP databases and logistics platforms to enable seamless data flow between production, warehouses, and external partners. • Create intuitive, manufacturing-oriented user interfaces tailored for shop-floor, logistics, and warehouse personnel to ensure accuracy and usability in high-volume operations. • Deploy and manage manufacturing-related applications using cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and continuous system availability. • Analyze production, quality, and logistics workflows and translate operational requirements into IT-driven process improvements and system enhancements. • Strengthen cybersecurity and network controls to protect manufacturing systems, production data, and business networks in compliance with industry and corporate standards. • Collaborate cross-functionally with production engineering, quality, logistics, and management teams to support continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience supporting ERP systems, manufacturing applications, and production-critical IT infrastructure in an automotive parts manufacturing environment
