Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present status reports, proposals, and documentation to leadership.
Ensure compliance with company standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or technology projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
