Job Description:
The IT Program Consultant will provide support to a large scale government IT Cloud Infrastructure Modernization program. Responsibilities include:
Utilize Agile principles to coordinate ongoing program activities, such as knowledge management and risk/issue management.
Create ad-hoc and executive-level briefings, talking points, and communications plans for key stakeholders.
Engage with executive audiences via briefings and reports.
Help incorporate best practices and frameworks to maximize existing cloud infrastructure investments and demonstrate clearer return on investment.
Provide technical expertise for integrating new and emerging technologies (quantum computing, edge computing, AI, IoT).
Establish performance optimization and continuous improvement programs to drive ongoing enhancements and efficiencies.
The successful candidate must be able to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC. Hybrid may be possible after successful 90 days.
The projected compensation range for this position is $95K - $120K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in IT consulting with focus on cloud infrastructure modernization and enablement

Ability to effectively communicate with executive audiences, both verbally and in writing
Ability to prepare and deliver clear and effective presentations
Understanding of industry-leading best practices and frameworks related to infrastructure to guide investment decisions
Experience working on IT programs involving cloud computing
Technical expertise related to new and emerging technologies related to IT infrastructure
US Citizenship
Active Federal Government public trust clearance (or higher security clearance)
Desirable Skills
Experience working for federal government customers
PMP certification
Experience performing Management Consulting for IT programs
AWS or Azure Cloud certifications and/or experience (governance role only)
