Position Title: IT Integration Architect (Coupa & SaaS Integration)
Location: Peoria, IL (5 Days Onsite Required)
Duration: 24-Month Long-Term Contract
Work Authorization: Open to W2, C2C, H-1B, OPT, GC, and US Citizens
Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Integration Architect to design, build, and deploy enterprise-level integration solutions centered around Coupa BSM and core financial ecosystems. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution, designing both real-time API integrations and batch ETL data pipelines across cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Create end-to-end technical designs, system diagrams, API contracts, and data flow specifications to move data across Coupa and enterprise applications.
Requirements & Governance: Gather technical requirements from cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, security) and present designs to Enterprise Architecture review boards.
Integration Delivery: Oversee development, testing, and production deployment of API and ETL integrations supporting thousands of global users.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, security teams, and third-party vendors to resolve architectural bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.
Required Technical Experience
Experience Level: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in an IT Architect or Integration Lead capacity.
Integration Patterns: Proven expertise delivering both API-based (REST/SOAP/cXML) and batch ETL data architectures.
SaaS & Cloud: Prior experience architecting integrations for major enterprise SaaS applications (Coupa, ERPs, or procurement platforms).
Core Technical Stack: Proficiency with SQL, Python, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/Snowflake), and iPaaS tools (SnapLogic, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar).
DevOps & Delivery: Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC methodologies.
