− Design, develop, test and implement and oversee specialized IT systems for feed inventory tracking, livestock nutrition records, digital scales, and automated reorder systems. − Collect inventory data and analyze sales trends and feed demand patterns, providing digital reports to assist store management in planning, improvement, and forecasting. − Review existing IT systems and internal processes. − Develop quality assurance procedures and tests for the development and improvement of the feed store’s complete IT infrastructure, including POS servers, inventory databases, network equipment, cloud software, and online retail platforms. − Identify, analyze and document discrepancies and ensure that appropriate adjustments are made on all network and cybersecurity operations, including firewall management, backups, user access control, and data protection for customer and supplier accounts. − Perform preventative maintenance tasks on all store IT equipment: POS terminals, barcode scanners, printers, tablets, digital displays, and surveillance systems. − Manage online store operations by updating product listings, synchronizing physical and online inventory, and ensuring smooth e-commerce system function. − Lead system upgrades, software migrations, and technology integration projects.
