About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level IT Analyst to join our technology team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in IT operations, systems support, and business technology analysis. The IT Analyst will assist in developing and monitoring systems, troubleshooting user issues, documenting processes, and supporting projects across the organization’s IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for end-users (hardware, software, and networking issues).

Basic programming skills.

Assist in system monitoring and performance reporting to ensure uptime and availability.

Document incidents, resolutions, and create/update knowledge base articles.

Participate in requirements gathering and testing for small technology initiatives.

Support senior analysts and administrators in system upgrades, patching, and deployment activities.

Maintain asset inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.

Collaborate with business units to understand technology needs and escalate issues as necessary.
