IT Analyst:
• Resolve diverse range of technical issues across multiple systems and applications for customers and end-users;
• Provide IT support to non-technical users through desk side support services;
• Set up PCs, projectors, and microphones for use in video conferencing rooms;
• Monitor server room, wireless network, and other server infrastructure and keeping system running smoothly;
• Provide documentation on troubleshooting of technical processes to support desk staff;
• Identify computer hardware and network system issues and perform troubleshooting techniques for remediation;
• Remove malware, ransomware and other threats from laptops and desktop systems;
• Improve systems with addition of new features and infrastructure.
Job location: Corona, CA. Offered Wage: $48,630 per year.
Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems is required.
