Job duties:
• Conduct research and analysis to identify efficient and tailormade solutions for clients
• Liaise with researchers, educators and government or business managers on matters pertaining to Irrigation
• Provide advisory services to clients on current Irrigation technologies
• Deliver personalized customer service to each customer, build strong relationships, and provide the best in quality service and value.
• Work effectively within customer relationship management (CRM) software (creating leads, following up on leads, turning leads into orders, following up on purchases)
• Attend year-round training sessions and product knowledge seminars, pursue industry certifications when training and testing is available.
• Maintain records of services provided and the effects of advice given.
• Perform as a strong member of a cohesive team and work with team mates to learn, mentor, and assist with workload.

Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of agriculture/irrigation related experience, working in a similar role.
• Must have experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Must have prior experience in sales.
