Select and install appropriate IoT devices in vehicles to gather essential data.
Integrate data from diverse sources into our fleet management system.
Oversee GPS and Telematics systems for effective fleet management.
Develop and execute data collection strategies to extract insights from vehicle telematics devices, GPS trackers, and sensors.
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and completeness.
Analyze fleet data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations for stakeholder communication.
Monitor fleet maintenance activities to ensure optimal vehicle performance and longevity.
Analyze maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Implement driver behavior monitoring systems to enhance performance and fuel efficiency.
