Investment Banking VP - Infrustracture and Environment Job

The company is a leading middle-market investment bank, and our Infrastructure and Environment (I&E) team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join our growing team. The I&E team focuses on Environmental Infrastructure, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, and Transportation & Logistics Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Support senior bankers in transaction execution and client management.
Lead the day-to-day execution of transactions.
Manage and mentor deal team junior bankers, reviewing their work product.
Lead the development of key engagement marketing materials, including detailed financial and valuation models, memorandums, and other transaction-related materials.
Assist in the identification of potential investors, lenders, buyers, and acquisition targets.
Manage transaction execution timeline.
Support business development efforts.
Provide mentorship to junior banking team members.
Qualifications:

Five or more years of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions investment banking, preferably within the infrastructure and environment space.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Strong sell-side M&A experience, along with experience in buy-side and capital raising transactions.
FINRA Licenses 63 & 79.
Proven track record of strong transaction execution, including new business presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents, and preparation of related materials.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
