Investment Banking Senior Associate - Industrials (Metal) Job

Transaction Support:
Assist senior bankers in the execution of transactions within the Metals sub-vertical, covering both upstream and downstream activities.
Provide support in client management throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Financial Analysis and Modeling:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
Industry Research and Due Diligence:
Conduct thorough industry research and business due diligence to facilitate informed decision-making.
Marketing Participation:
Collaborate on marketing efforts, contributing insights and expertise to enhance client relationships and business development.
While traditionally not an Analyst's role, involvement in marketing may include assisting in the creation of marketing materials or participating in client presentations to build a strong understanding of client needs.
Client Presentation Development:
Develop client presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying complex financial information.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Two or more years of prior experience in M&A Investment Banking.
Preference for candidates with sell-side M&A experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
Proven track record of successful transaction execution, including presentations, financial analysis, and preparation of transaction marketing documents.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Work Ethic:
Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Deadline Management:
Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
