Responsibilities:

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a strategic role in overseeing the preparation of financial analyses, conducting due diligence, developing offering presentation materials, and participating in the structuring and execution of various transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Transaction Execution and Client Management:
Support senior bankers in transaction execution and client management.
Act as a primary contributor throughout all phases of the transaction process.
Financial Analysis:
Perform comprehensive financial analyses to support transaction decision-making.
Market Research:
Identify potential investors, buyers, acquisition targets, or merger partners.
Conduct industry research to stay informed about market trends.
New Business Development:
Participate in new business development efforts.
Collaborate with senior bankers to assist in new business presentations.
Analyst Development:
Cultivate the development of analysts within the team.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Two or more years of previous experience in Investment Banking.
Skills:
Outstanding academic record.
Strong accounting and financial modeling knowledge and experience.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
