Job Description:
As an Investment Analyst (NOC: 11101), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Support of Transaction Processing with Data
• Execute and monitor the end-to-end process of client transaction and Transfer applications.
• Conduct weekly checks of Fund Fees and help Investor to understand their cost.
• Collect Financial and Investment Information about Private Investment Companies to stay informed about market trends and economic indicators specific to real estate Investor and Mortgage Investment Co.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the potential risks and generate analytical report.
• Provide investment advice and recommendations based on the analyzed data.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of Compliance Policies and Reporting Procedure to avoid any discrepancies
• Oversee the management of the investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall investment strategy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reporting promptly including negative balances and / or large balances difference.
• Interact with clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
• Tailor investment advice to align with clients' individual financial objectives.
• Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and Code of Conduct and Ethics
• Communicate effectively with Shareholder to ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries
• Communicate effectively with internal Partners to ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries
• Other tasks/projects assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance/accounting or equivalent
• Completion or candidacy in CFA, CSC, or similar designation an asset
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial instruments
• Strong adaptability and propensity to learn new and challenging things
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Typing 50WPM
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Must own a vehicle and have full access at all times
• Mandatory attendance in Company Corporate Events
• Participation in Charitable Events
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: CA $37.25/hour
