Investment Analyst Job

Will support senior investment team on the full spectrum of investment activities covering origination, acquisition, asset management and portfolio management. In the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities across target markets, will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research and analysis to assess macroeconomic trends, competitive landscape dynamics, and asset-specific fundamentals that inform investment decision-making. In acquisition, will develop financial models and analytical tools to evaluate investment opportunities including discounted cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, scenario modeling, and valuation assessments; perform property-level underwriting and preparing and maintaining property cash flow projections, internal rate of return (IRR) models, and return-on-equity analysis; support the due diligence process by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant property, market, and financial data, including lease abstracts, rent rolls, operating statements, third-party reports, and tenant credit information, in order to validate underwriting assumptions and identify risk factors prior to investment closing; assist in the preparation of internal investment committee memoranda, market studies, hold/sell analyses, detailed business plans, and leasing and disposition analyses and recommendations. In the asset management capacity, will support ongoing business plan execution, periodic client and investor reporting, property valuation analyses, property performance analyses across the firm's managed portfolio, and special projects as directed by senior team members; support asset management activities on properties owned by the firm's affiliated entities, including performance monitoring, reporting, and ad hoc analytical support; will also perform portfolio management functions covering the consolidated fund investment portfolio as an integrated component of his role including aggregating and analyzing investment-level data across fund holdings to produce fund-level performance reporting, return attribution, and exposure analyses for senior management and investors; assist senior team members in the administration of the portfolio's property insurance program, including supporting annual policy renewals, processing premium payments and allocations across assets, maintaining policy and certificate documentation, supporting ongoing policy maintenance, and assisting with the claims process in coordination with brokers, carriers, and on-site property teams.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ECONOMICS, REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT OR RELATED REQUIRED.
