Job Description:
1. Servicing, on-site, our clients to perform our general business functions
2. Providing direct customer management relations, to ensure our services are met to the satisfactory requirements of all clients
3. Oversight and direct management of all staff under your direct supervision while onsite at a client location
4. Coordination of the accumulation of all audit data to provide the client with a full and accurate summary of all service results
5. Preparation and management of all client requirements, including oversight of the setup of our technology, staff scheduling, ensuring all paperwork and associated results are assembled and updated into our system, and direction and leadership of staff while onsite.
6. Development of existing and new client relationships, including but not limited to providing service to our customers, developing new opportunities for service agreements with new and existing customers, and generally providing ongoing customer relation management activities.
7. Strategic planning of the annual business cycle, schedule, staff, and all company resources with our management team.
8. Assist with general and ongoing administrative requirements that support the organization, including financial planning of our resources, periodic reviews of staff performance, and technology planning.
9. Assistance with the annual marketing plan, sales strategies, and new client development. Coordinate, assign, and review the work of Inventory Auditors regularly.
10. Determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and explain to the staff concrete objectives that are met through the effective management of human, financial, and material resources.
11. Plan, administer, and control budgets for upcoming Inventories, equipment, and supplies.
12. Select Team Lead, Supervisors, or other Junior Auditor staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
13. Represent Totals Inventory Professionals, in negotiations or other official functions.
14. Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise Inventory Running teams.
15. Direct and advise staff in developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies.
16. Recording and Maintaining Timesheets for Daily Inventories and overseeing Equipment.
17. Assist staff with administrative or technical problems.
18. Get the Human Resource Scheduled for upcoming Inventories and Inform the staff well in advance.
19. Receiving/Recording complaints, conducting Investigations, preparing daily occurrence and Incident reports, and conducting follow-up investigations.
20. Coordinate with the Senior Executive Manager to book new Inventories in the schedule.
21. Performing any other related duties as assigned by the Senior Authorities.
22. Represent the company within various economic and social organizations.
23. Screening, Interview, hiring, and overseeing training for new staff.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience working as a Manager in Inventory Management.
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English.
