Type of Position: Temporary, Full-time

Work hours: 35 hours per week

Compensation: $31.35 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for supply chain process, inventories, warehouses and stores, including the receipt, storage and distribution of goods, materials, parts and supplies.
- Develop superior inventory management, logistics and delivery plans and also monitor, optimize and manage supply chain to save expenses.
- Responsible for Inventory structure management, analyze sales data to guarantee ample inventory of primary products, fitting size, and timely promotion of supplementary products without inducing stagnation.
- Optimize existing logistics channels and update logistics solutions in a timely manner.
- Expand logistics channels and develop options suitable for different customer groups.
- Monitors workflow, reviews and evaluates work methods and procedures.
- Inventory and logistics-related data monitoring, feedback statistics, and regular analysis.
- Provide timely feedback and response to abnormalities and handle problems proactively.
- Responsible for staff training and management, including assignment of work activities and projects.
- Responsible for logistics account reconciliation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above is required
- 3+ years of related retail or wholesale management experience is required
- Relevant work experience in same industry is preferred
- Desire to work collaboratively with an energetic and enthusiastic team
