Under the close supervision of the manager, develop & deliver training programs for Chinese ESL students; communicate in Chinese with prospective & newly admitted students in China to support onboarding & orientation; create instructional materials & lead workshops on local customs, academic expectations, & available services; & coordinate student support activities & cultural exchange events to enhance adaptation, engagement, & retention.
