Job Description:
[1] Coordinate international shipments from manufacturing partners in China to the U.S., ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery by negotiating shipping rates and managing transportation costs while maintaining delivery deadlines;
[2] Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to manage booking, documentation, and clearance procedures; and monitor and track shipments to anticipate and resolve any delays or disruptions;
[3] Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade agreements (e.g., HTS classification, duties, CBP compliance);
[4] Collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inbound planning and inventory flow;
[5] Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, and analyze logistics performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; and
[6] Keep up to date with international trade regulations, shipping trends, and supply chain best practices.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics or related field of studies.
