International Import Logistics Specialist Job

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Manage and coordinate international import logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Oversee the preparation, documentation, and processing of Bill of Lading (B/L) through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in data entry and compliance with regulations.
• Use the ERP system to create, input, and review B/Ls, monitor shipments, and track import logistics progress.
• Review and verify import-related invoices, ensuring proper billing and resolving discrepancies through the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements for all imports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels related to international shipments, utilizing ERP to track stock movements.
• Generate reports and provide insights into international logistics performance, using ERP data to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in international business, logistics, economics, or a related field, with professional experience in logistics and transportation, including the use of ERP systems.
