International Human Resource Specialist Job

Under close supervision of the HR Manager, support global HR functions for an international beauty product manufacturer, exporter, and distributor; focus on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding specialized talent from South Korea to support product innovation, global brand development, and supply chain expansion; conduct job analysis to identify skill requirements, creating targeted recruitment strategies, managing job postings across Korean employment platforms, screening resumes in Korean, conducting interviews in Korean across time zones, and facilitating work authorization and relocation processes as needed; maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS); generate recruitment analytics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent acquisition with business needs; and administer employee records, supporting performance evaluation processes in Korean, ensuring compliance with international labor regulations, and preparing internal reports for HR leadership.
*Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or Foreign Equivalent + Korean
