International Dispute Resolution and Cross-Border Transactions Counsel (RO Law PLLC, New York, NY 10001) Under the supervision of a principal attorney, represent Turkish and international clients in complex legal disputes, including international commercial arbitration, domestic arbitration, and U.S. litigation across multiple sectors such as banking and finance, shipping, construction, and employment law. Advise Turkish and international clients on cross-border transactions, including venture capital investments, by drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and coordinating with clients and relevant parties.

Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree in Law, and 24 months of experience in international dispute resolution and cross-border transactions in U.S. Law. Special skills in using Office programs, Westlaw legal research platform and CoCounsel. Fluency in Turkish is required. License to practice law from New York State Bar. 40 hr./wk.
