Job Description:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with international accounting standards;
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting processes;
• Monitor financial performance against budget, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions;
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on business operations and their impact on overall company performance;
• Conduct risk assessments related to foreign exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies as needed;
• Manage the financial aspects of cross-border transactions, including pricing, contracts, and payment terms;
• Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate recording and elimination of intercompany profits;
• Support reconciliation of intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies;
• Implement the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations;
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as required;

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or other closely
related field of study;
• More than two (2) years of experience in financial accounting or analysis and audit-related functions;
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial reporting, and budget variance analysis;
• Ability to interpret financial and accounting data and communicate findings effectively; and
• Experience with international or intercompany accounting, financial reporting, or tax coordination.
