International Business Analyst Job

[1] Communicate and Coordinate with Chinese Suppliers
Use Mandarin language skills to communicate directly with manufacturing partners in China, ensuring clear understanding of product specifications, production schedules, and quality standards;

[2] Translate and Interpret Business Communications and Documents
Translate contracts, emails, production updates, and technical documents between English and Chinese to ensure accuracy, reduce miscommunication, and support real-time decision-making;

[3] Analyze Supplier Performance and Operational Efficiency
Collect, interpret, and report on supplier performance metrics, cost structures, and production timelines; recommend improvements to enhance reliability, reduce delays, and optimize vendor relationships;

[4] Monitor International Supply Chain and Logistics Activities
Track production and shipment progress, identify risks or bottlenecks in the supply chain, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery;

[5] Support Market Research and Global Pricing Analysis
Research global beauty industry trends, supplier pricing strategies, and material sourcing opportunities; provide insights to support competitive positioning and cost-effective procurement; and

[6] Assist in Trade Compliance and Strategic Business Planning
Stay informed about international trade regulations affecting U.S.–China business operations, assist in contract negotiations, and support leadership in planning and executing global sourcing strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Management with knowledge in Chinese, or a related field of study.
