Internal Service Advisor - Holman Motorcars Job

Holman Motorcars is currently looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join their team!

What will you do?

• Take incoming calls from New and Used car managers who wish to organize service, maintenance and repairs to their inventory vehicles
• Organize and book service, maintenance and repairs with the appropriate suppliers and vendors
• Ensure that recovery vehicles are organized promptly
• Schedule other ancillary services as required
• Keep New and Used Managers and other interested parties informed of progress
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Reconditioning of inventory vehicles in 5 days or less from start to finish
• Providing accurate accounting of expense used during the reconditioning process
• Reconditioning 150 vehicles Used monthly and processing 200 new vehicles monthly

Education and/or Training:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Intermediate skills in CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software

Relevant Work Experience:

• 1 year experience working within the automotive industry

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex information in an accessible manner
• Approach transactions with sales-minded professionalism and suggestively sell products and services to customers, including making clients aware of all packages and retail options available
• Ensure absolute customer satisfaction with proper etiquette during follow-ups, regardless of whether the service recommendations were completed or not
