Internal Care & Outreach Impact Coordinator Job

Bridge River Counseling PLLC seeks an Internal Care & Outreach Impact Coordinator in Dallas, Texas. Job duties: Coordinate and support non-clinical employee well-being programs, including peer support activities and internal support initiatives. Provide non-clinical emotional support and psychoeducational information to employees and refer individuals to external professional resources when appropriate. Organize and coordinate internal meetings, wellness workshops, and team-building activities to support a positive work environment. Assist with planning and implementation of community outreach programs, public workshops, and educational events related to emotional well-being and mental health awareness. Assist in the preparation and distribution of educational and outreach materials for internal staff and community programs. Maintain program records, participation data, and documentation in accordance with organizational confidentiality and compliance policies. Collect participant feedback and prepare summary reports evaluating internal support and community outreach activities. Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to support organizational social impact and community engagement initiatives.

Need master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field of study. Need 2 years of training in non-clinical social or human services support occupation, such as Social and Human Service Assistant or an equivalent position. 2 years of experience in non-clinical support activities or services, community outreach, and collaborating with internal teams or community partners.
