About the Role
YiFuture is hiring an Intermediate Product Manager to support our founders across the full range of startup operations—spanning R&D, software, marketing, and engineering. This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role for someone who can bring clarity to fast-moving work, translate strategy into execution, and keep multiple initiatives progressing at once.
You will help define product requirements, drive prioritization, coordinate execution, and ensure teams have what they need to deliver. This role blends classic product management with startup operations and is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building foundational systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Execution Support (Cross-Functional)
? Partner with founders to translate strategy, customer needs, and technical constraints into clear product plans and priorities.
? Drive execution across R&D, software, engineering, and marketing workstreams by coordinating timelines, owners, dependencies, and deliverables.
? Maintain a structured product backlog; write user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight PRDs as needed.
? Facilitate recurring operating rhythms (standups, sprint planning, retros, stakeholder reviews) and keep action items moving.
Discovery, Requirements & Documentation
? Support customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
? Capture and document requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensure alignment before work begins.
? Define success metrics and assist with measurement plans (e.g., product KPIs, adoption, customer feedback loops).
Communication & Stakeholder Management
? Act as a central communication hub across teams—ensuring visibility, alignment, and timely decisions.
? Prepare internal updates for founders and stakeholders (status, risks, tradeoffs, recommendations).
? Coordinate with external partners (vendors, contractors, customers) when needed.
Go-to-Market Enablement (as needed)
? Work with marketing/sales-facing efforts to support product positioning, messaging, and launch readiness.
? Help develop customer-facing materials such as one-pagers, product briefs, demos, and feature updates.

? English communication skills (operational).
? Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally with engineering and non-engineering teams.
? Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities and incomplete information.
? Ability to write clear requirements and keep projects organized (tickets, specs, timelines, meeting notes, decisions).
Required
? 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager (or equivalent product ownership) role.
