Intermediate Java Developer Job

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain the company’s core Java backend systems, ensuring high-quality implementation and performance optimization of functional modules;

2. Participate in microservices architecture design and common component development to improve system reusability and development efficiency;

3. Solve technical challenges in distributed systems, high-concurrency, and high-availability scenarios to ensure system stability;

4. Responsible for database design, performance tuning, and the implementation of core modules such as caching and message queues;

5. Write high-quality design documents and unit tests to support continuous system optimization and maintenance;

6. Collaborate closely with front-end, QA, and product teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery;

7. Participate in the development of intelligent features, integrating large language models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini) into business systems to enable text generation, semantic analysis, and related applications.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in Java backend development;

2. Solid foundation in Java, with strong understanding of multithreading, collections, and I/O mechanisms;

3. Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and MyBatis;

4. Familiar with distributed system architecture design, and skilled in microservices, caching (Redis), and message middleware (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.);

5. Familiar with mainstream relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL performance optimization;

6. Strong coding standards and object-oriented design skills, familiar with common design patterns;

7. Understanding of large language model (LLM) fundamentals; experience with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini is a plus;

Excellent communication, learning, and teamwork skills; able to work independently and perform under pressure.
