You will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to develop cutting-edge oncological drugs and life science technologies. Job Duties:
• Design and execute experiments to study biological processes and evaluate the effects of compounds on cell cultures, microorganisms, or biological systems.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and bioinformatics tools, and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and potential implications.
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate insights into broader research and development projects.
• Ensure all experimental procedures adhere to industrial standards, biosafety, and other relevant regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Present research findings in internal meetings, and potentially at external conferences, and contribute to writing scientific papers and grant proposals.
• Assist senior researchers in developing new research methodologies, refining protocols, and advancing the company’s scientific objectives.

Employment Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in biological research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
