Hours: 35-40 hrs/wk
Overtime: $56.25/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of waterproofing crews on residential and commercial job sites.
• Assign work, train crew members, and monitor job performance to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Review blueprints, work orders, and site conditions to plan workflow, timelines, and manpower needs.
• Oversee the installation of waterproofing systems, including membranes, coatings, sealants, sump pumps, drainage tiles, and vapor barriers.
• Inspect work during and after completion to confirm quality standards, specifications, and building code compliance.
• Enforce workplace health and safety policies; conduct regular site safety meetings and inspections.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to report progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain schedules.
• Manage materials and equipment inventory; coordinate orders, deliveries, and maintenance of tools.
• Perform hands-on waterproofing and repair work as needed to support crews and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, job reports, and timesheets for assigned projects.
