• Design and present 3D visualizations and layouts to illustrate the spatial arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, and fixtures for enhanced project understanding.
• Draft intricate architectural and engineering drawings, providing accurate visual references for construction teams and contractors.
• Integrate various visual tools to communicate design concepts effectively, including hand-drawn sketches, physical or digital models, and contextual maps.
• Calculate project budgets by evaluating required resources, labor, and materials, ensuring cost-effective and efficient planning.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for renovations or new construction, translating their vision into actionable plans.
