Interior Design Specialist Job

Interior Design Specialist (Los Angeles, CA) Create and adhere to brand manuals and design guidelines. Select color palettes, materials, furniture, and decor that represent the restaurant's identity. Design efficient layouts for restaurant spaces, including kitchen, customer seating, waiting areas, and restrooms. Analyze workflow and optimize layouts to maximize employee productivity and enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and local building codes. Conduct site surveys and evaluate potential locations to identify design opportunities and constraints. Develop detailed interior designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations, tailored to each new restaurant. 40hours/week, Offered wage: $47,882/year, Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or related required.
