Coordinate with licensed agents, carriers, and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up on outstanding requests and help ensure timely, helpful service.
Escalate requests that require a licensed insurance professional, when applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements
Customer service experience; insurance-related experience is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication and a professional, customer-first approach.
High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple requests.
Comfort using basic computer systems and maintaining confidential customer information.
Willingness to learn insurance products, servicing procedures, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
An active insurance license is preferred but not required, subject to the duties and applicable licensing rules.
