Role Description: The Insurance Sales Specialist is a part-time (full time available for qualified applicants) remote role responsible for advising individuals and families on suitable insurance products, including annuities and other coverage options. This role involves conducting consultations by phone or video, assessing client needs, and recommending tailored insurance solutions. The specialist will manage a pipeline of prospects, prepare quotes, and assist clients through the application and onboarding process. Daily activities include coordinating with insurance carriers or brokerage partners and providing responsive customer service to address questions and policy changes. The role also includes staying informed about industry trends and product updates to ensure compliant and effective recommendations.

Qualifications
• Experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or similar fields is helpful (but not required)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Producer License
