?? Location: Near Bird Road & Palmetto – Miami, FL
?? Monday – Friday | 35–40 hours per week
?? Salary based on insurance & customer service experience + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to manage renewals of existing accounts (no sales required).
Requirements
• Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License (Required)
• Experience with Homeowners, Commercial & Auto Insurance
• Experience handling renewals of existing accounts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Good judgment and common sense
Responsibilities
• Service and manage renewals for existing accounts
• Rewrite policies as needed
• Present coverage options to clients
• Assist clients with policy questions and concerns
• Provide excellent customer service
