1200 Derry Rd East Mississauga ON L5T 0B3 requires 1 Insurance Broker on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 36 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Experience - 7 months to less than a year as Insurance Broker. Education: Senior Secondary and must have RIBO License. Duties
• Identify and solicit potential clients for insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
• Improve client satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to forecast success.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining accountability for results.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage client data and provide regular updates.
• Complete application forms and arrange required medical exams or documents.
• Provide ongoing client support, including answering questions and processing changes
• Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and industry regulations
