Insulator Job

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements.
• Measure and cut insulating materials to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Apply and secure insulation using methods such as spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping.
• Fit insulation around obstructions and between studs and joists.
• Apply waterproofing cement or other finishes over insulating materials.
• Safely remove asbestos or urea-formaldehyde insulation from buildings when required.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insulation work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high level of organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong team relationships.
• Knowledge and experience in managing safety on construction sites.
