Job Description:
Aristocrafts is actively hiring a dedicated and patient hands-on Instructor to join our team for our afterschool program and enrichment classes.
Our studio is committed to providing a supportive and enriching environment for elementary-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons in a variety of subjects tailored to the needs of elementary-aged students.
- Provide individualized support and attention to students in enrichment classes
- Implement hands-on activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes respect and teamwork among students.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an instructor or teacher, particularly with elementary-aged children.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
- Exceptional patience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
