Job Description:
o Acts as the department’s Technical Lead for the student management system (Destiny One), the Learning Management System (Canvas) and all related e-learning and technical services.
o Provides individual services to educators and assists them in designing effective online and hybrid courses.
o Provides instructional design support for the curriculum development life cycle.
o Designs and develops instructional materials for both students and instructors of professional development programs.
o Administers Destiny One (a student management system) for professional development programs.
o Ensure the accuracy of program information for certificate and program requirements and updates website as necessary.
o Designs, develops, and manages content on the official website of professional development and master’s degree programs in Cascade (a content management system [CMS]) in collaboration with the CPGE Marketing Department.
