Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed residential kitchen appliance installer to join our team as a 1099 subcontractor. The ideal candidate must possess the required state license classification and demonstrate expertise in delivering and installing a variety of major residential kitchen appliances, including ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, and ventilation units.
Responsibilities include conducting site pre-measurements, verifying appliance compatibility, performing installations to code and manufacturer standards, and making necessary on-site adjustments to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Job Requirements:
Visit each project site prior to installation to take precise and complete measurements. Confirm dimensions, appliance clearances, utility access points (electrical, gas, water, venting), and structural conditions to ensure they meet the requirements of the installation scope.
Deliver and install a wide range of residential kitchen appliances including ovens, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigeration units per manufacturer specifications, safety codes, and project requirements.
Use manufacturer installation manuals as applicable to ensure all work is completed to code and in alignment with product-specific standards and client expectations.
Take clear, high-resolution photos of the site before and after installation or any modifications, accurately capturing the condition and final results. All photos must be uploaded promptly to the designated platform as directed by the company.
Delivery materials and hauled away by the contractor using an enclosed box truck, van, or trailer when applicable.
Maintain clear, respectful communication with the designated department and/or project manager. Uphold courteous behavior, protect client property, and remain attentive to specific site concerns or client needs.
Demonstrate punctuality, attention to detail, and consistent professionalism. Follow all documentation protocols, including submitting itemized invoices promptly upon completion of each project, and maintaining organized, responsive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
