Installer (CABINETS, VANITIES, AND MILLWORK) Job

We are seeking a skilled and licensed installer to join our team as a 1099 subcontractor. The ideal candidate must possess the required state license classification and demonstrate expertise in installing a wide range of residential kitchen cabinetry, and vanities. This role involves pre-measurement site visitations, precise installations, as well as performing necessary on-site modifications (if and when necessary) to ensure proper fit and function of the installed cabinetry and/or vanities systems.

Visit the project site and take precise and complete measurements prior to commencing any installations and/or modifications for each project and ensure dimensions, clearances, utility connections, and structural conditions are confirmed and suitable for the scope of work.

Install residential kitchen cabinets and vanities, per manufacturer specifications and project scope, and perform related in-scope carpentry modifications as per provided Scope of Work (SOW);

Utilize and follow installation manuals (if and when applicable) to ensure all installations comply with safety codes and client requirements.

Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the project site both before beginning any work and after completing the installation and/or any modifications accurately capturing the condition of the work area and the completed results. All images must be uploaded promptly to the designated platform or system as instructed by the company.

ONLY Projects relating to vanities are expected to have any relevant materials be delivered and hauled away by the contractor via ENCLOSED box truck, van, or trailer (if and when applicable).

Communicate clearly with relevant department and/or project manager(s) and maintain courteous interactions, respect for client property, and responsiveness to project-specific needs or concerns.

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, effective communication with all relevant parties, adhere to all documentation protocols as instructed, including submitting clear, itemized, and timely invoices for each completed project.

Provide end-to-end logistics solutions offering reliable home delivery, installations and modifications of kitchen appliances and cabinets.
