Position Info:
• Position: Medical Administrative Assistant
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.50/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Efficiently manage patient bookings and appointment scheduling across all clinic services
• Process and manage direct insurance billings and patient injury claim forms with high accuracy
• Establish, update, and maintain confidential patient records and charts in compliance with privacy regulations
• Deliver exceptional patient care services at the reception, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and intake
• Streamline communication and information flow between patients, practitioners, and external healthcare partners
• Optimize administrative workflows and implement standardized clinic procedures
• Prepare and format electronic clinical reports, correspondence, and administrative documents
• Oversee clinic inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of therapy and office supplies
• Assist in training staff on clinic software and operational procedures

Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of administrative experience in a medical or healthcare clinic is required
• Education: Completion of a college diploma or certificate in medical office administration, health administration, rehabilitation sciences, or a related healthcare field is required
• Language: English
