• Position: Medical Administrative Assistant
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $23.00~$26.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 102-2764 Barnet Highway, Coquitlam, BC V3B 1B9
Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient communication between medical staff and patients
• File the system and maintain communication via email and other materials
• Conduct patient interviews to accurately complete required forms, documents, and case histories
• Initiate, manage, and secure confidential medical files and records
• Review, verify, and process insurance claims and other related forms
• Oversee inventory management and order office supplies as necessary
• May supervise and train staff on office procedures and the use of current software systems
• Determine office procedures, and manage daily operational routines
Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required
• Education: Completion of one or two-year college program or equivalent experience is required
