Compensation: 30 dollars per hour plus performance bonuses
Wise Choice Remodel is seeking two high performing professionals to join our Los Angeles office in a senior level confirmation role.
This is not an entry level calling position. This role is critical to revenue performance and requires strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to take ownership of the appointment pipeline.
You will work directly with qualified homeowners who are already scheduled for consultations. Your responsibility is to ensure attendance, verify project readiness, strengthen commitment, and protect the quality of our sales calendar.
This position is reserved for professionals who take pride in precision, follow through, and measurable results.
Core Responsibilities
• Confirm and secure scheduled homeowner appointments
• Re engage and strengthen commitment prior to consultation
• Verify qualification criteria and project readiness
• Reduce cancellations and no show rates
• Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records
• Coordinate directly with sales leadership to protect pipeline quality
• Take ownership of attendance performance metrics
Qualifications
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Professional, confident, and authoritative phone presence
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable handling objections and reinforcing commitment
• Proven ability to meet performance metrics
• Prior experience in confirmation, inside sales, call center, or revenue support strongly preferred
Compensation Structure
• 30 dollars per hour base pay
• Performance based bonuses tied to confirmed appointment attendance
• Additional incentives based on reduced cancellation rates and quality metrics
• Opportunity for advancement into leadership or revenue operations roles
