Sales Representative (Commission Only – Warm Leads Provided)
Artista Pools – Innovative Pool Products
Artista Pools is looking for a motivated commission-based sales representative to help expand our footprint across pool supply stores and service professionals. We’re an authorized vendor with major pool distributor groups, giving you built-in access to warm leads—these stores already have our products in their system or have expressed interest.
Compensation:
100% commission-based
No cap on earnings – the more you close, the more you make
Easy entry into stores already familiar with us
What We Provide:
Warm leads through our authorized vendor network
Product training and marketing materials
Ongoing support (we handle fulfillment and logistics)
Flexible, remote-friendly schedule
Responsibilities:
Reach out to pool supply stores and professionals within our distributor network
Follow up with leads and close sales
Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and buyers
Track and report sales activity and progress weekly
Provide feedback on opportunities or store needs
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred (pool industry knowledge is a plus)
Confident communicator (phone, email, and in-person)
Organized and self-driven
Professional and reliable in follow-ups
