Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Associate you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key players in the MDU and Hospitality industries. You will support revenue generating initiatives and help manage some legacy business activities. You will also be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing partnerships, negotiating and closing new partnership agreements while fostering collaborative relationships that contribute to our company’s success. This role will work with the Sales, Engineering and Support team to establish best practices. This position is required to work onsite in our Walpole Office Monday - Friday!! This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Collaboratively assist in proposal development for new and renewal sales opportunities.
Manage existing partnerships with revenue-generating partners of our white-labeled and branded solutions.
Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders as well as providing sales quotes and following up on leads/opportunities.
Proactive planning and support around annual growth initiatives
Understanding customers’ needs and requirements.
Consistently meet or exceed sales activity goals.
Collaborating with our Support Team to deliver solutions to customer problems.
Reaching out to customers proactively to help keep their networks up to date through license renewals and upgrades.
Fielding phone calls/emails from existing customers requesting replacement parts, upgrades to networks or expanding current networks.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote partnership opportunities as necessary.

Bachelor's degree +5 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results.
Technology experience is a plus but not required
