• Position: Production Supervisor
• Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job Duties:
• Oversee, organize, and plan shift schedules for the production line staff to ensure smooth daily manufacturing operations
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety guidelines to eliminate potential risks during the processing and packaging of our food products
• Instruct new and existing team members on proper machinery operation, workplace safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance overall line efficiency while maintaining the high quality of our products
• Develop effective workflow strategies to meet daily production targets and collaborate closely with the warehousing and quality assurance departments
• Draft and maintain accurate daily production logs, shift performance metrics, and operational reports for management review
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the food processing industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
