- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
- Develop quality management and quality assurance standards for IT projects.
- Collect and analyzing technical and operational data to identify areas for improvement within an organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Perform preventive maintenance planning and coordinating system performance optimization activities.
- Meet with clients and internal stakeholders to define system requirements, specifications, budgets, costs, and implementation timelines.
- Analyze technical documents, system reports, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Credentials:
Microsoft SQL Certification / Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
