Information Technology Project Manager Job

Oversee the execution of IT projects related to website enhancements, order management systems, and inventory management systems. Track the progress of IT-related projects like the development of new online sales features or back-end inventory solutions. Ensure that the final deliverables of projects related to a new eCommerce feature meet the required quality standard and customer satisfaction. Create detailed implementation plans for IT projects like new sales platforms or customer data analytics tools, evaluating the potential return on investment (ROI) for projects aimed at boosting sales or improving operational efficiency. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Assess customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers. Make adjustments to project plans based on feedback from the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that changes in customer demand are reflected in IT system priorities or delivery schedules.

Master's Degree in Computer Science or Related.
