Job Description:
• Manage full-life-cycle IT project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope, quality standards, and on-time delivery while leading cross-functional technical teams. • Develop and update detailed project plans including objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, staffing, work breakdown structures (WBS), risk response strategies, and cost-benefit/ROI analyses. • Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and performance of project team members; prepare and present project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • Confer with project personnel, clients, and stakeholders to identify and resolve problems, gather/align requirements, manage expectations, assess current or future needs, and approve modifications to project plans. • Perform risk assessments, identify need for initial or supplemental resources, and negotiate with stakeholders or suppliers to obtain required resources or materials. • Direct, coordinate, and document activities and performance feedback of project personnel, including recruitment/selection as needed. • Serve as Product Manager for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) development: conduct business research, define product specifications and requirements, plan development roadmaps, monitor progress, coordinate integration, and manage internal resources to achieve successful implementation. • Lead implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) systems including requisition/procurement, internal document flow, attendance/leave, contract review/amendment, overtime application, and OA/internal corporate processes across retail, construction, electrical equipment, department store, accounting, medical, and life insurance industries. • Manage API Management (APIM) platform implementations for banking and government agency clients, Open Data and Multi-Factor Authentication platforms, and membership system development for leasing industry clients. • Plan, design, implement, and optimize repair system processes and production-line support systems for manufacturing clients; troubleshoot and resolve production system issues to ensure operational stability. • Provide technical consultancy, system analysis, integration architecture design, process design guidance, document management system implementation/training, and pre-sales support for BPM, MES, document management, and related solutions. • Establish and execute project communication plans, schedule and facilitate project meetings, and ensure seamless system integration and stakeholder management.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Information Management, Information Technology or related. (Foreign equivalent degree accepted) required. Courses taken in Network Management; Information Security required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
