• Work location: On site
• Salary36.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Starts as soon as possible

Overview
• Languages: English
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Should be able to work under tight deadlines
• Should be organized , have time management skills and possess attention to details skills
• Should be a team player, able to multitask and Client focused
• Should have efficient interpersonal skills and oral communication skills
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
• Provide customer service
• Manage incidents
